Nancy's session consists of three components:
- An individual telephone conference with each board member, which allows Nancy to design meaningful work, based on real experiences.
- Group facilitation, based on information gained in the individual conferences.
- Follow-up with the superintendent and administrative team to chart the pathway forward.
